360°Leadership Feedback

In today's challenging environment, leadership is being reinvented.  The best leaders continuously manage and develop themselves, while connecting with their teams and leading their organizations. Self-awareness begins with feedback. 360 degree feedback is a powerful way to provide a deeper understanding of strengths and growth areas in order to enhance your leadership effectiveness. Research indicates that collecting information from a variety of people with different perspectives increases the objectivity and validity of the feedback experience.

Our process is as follows:

Step 1. Define target leadership competencies which support your future business strategy. We have established three dimensions of leadership - Managing Self, Leading Others and Leading Organizations including associated competencies and behaviors.

Step 2. Administer the assessment. Managers, peers, direct reports and other raters complete an anonymous online assessment to produce a customized report.

Step 3. Initiate the development and coaching process, including the creation of a tailored development plan.

Step 4. Measure progress, repeat 360.
