Maintain the Momentum with Follow-Up Workshops

•  The Team Scorecard: Identify the team's purpose and goals, track individual and team results and set ground rules for interaction.

•  Five Dimensions of Trust: Explore five elements of trust, identify trust busters and create an action plan for building trust.

•  Team Communication: Improve listening skills, establish protocols for sharing information and implement best meeting practices.

•  Conflict & Candor: Explore the team's own examples of unproductive conflict, while establishing an environment of respectful candor.

•  Achieve Excellence Through Personal Accountability: Using the QBQ! model, replace blame, complaining and procrastination with personal accountability.

Six Month Check Up
Re-administer the Team Effectiveness Profile to measure the team's progress toward the objectives of the program and toward
becoming a high performing team. The results are presented to the Team Leader in a coaching session to help him or her continue
the team building process after the formal workshops are completed.
