Position 001474:           Client Relationship Manager

Position Description:

Local Insurance Company is seeking an Client Relationship Manager.  Position manages the overall client relationship process for key accounts of 200+ covered lives. Responsible for coordination of communication with clients, working closely with Partners, Benefit Consultants and other departments to assure follow-through of client strategic initiatives. Manages client projects such as procurement of medical coverage, prescription drug carve-outs, claims analysis, etc.  Success factors include influencing net growth through cross-selling and maintaining a client retention rate of at least 95% for a book of business in excess of $1.5 million. This position reports to the Manager of Key Accounts.

Requirements:

• College degree required
• 3-6 years of business experience in a relationship management role
• Life, Accident & Health Licensure or ability to successfully obtain, insurance designations
