Talent Needs Assessment - Your Workforce Plan

Companies typically have marketing plans, capital plans, expense reduction plans etc., but few devote the time and focus necessary to create a WorkForce or People Plan.   Workforce planning is driven by your business plan.  It includes a summary of each business unit’s major goals and challenges and a forecast of staffing by position.  High impact positions are identified along with high performers, and high potential employees.  The ability to simultaneously and objectively gauge talent on such a broad scope makes the Workforce Plan Assessment, (WPA), a valuable resource for talent management.
