Rebecca brings over 10 years of statistical research experience in Psychology and Business to PMP. She helps clients measure the “soft side” of business through various metrics. She has extensive experience designing, collecting, analyzing, and implementing survey research and has vast knowledge in the areas of validation, reliability and predictive analyses.
She works with companies in all sectors on a national and global basis to provide customized feedback on strength of culture and “people risk” through PMP’s Employee Engagement Survey. She provides critical information on the strength of teams through PMP’s Team Effectiveness model and individual insight through the 360° Feedback Process.
Rebecca is a Leadership Buffalo, Rising Leaders graduate. She stays abreast of current Training and Development trends and practices as the President of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Rebecca holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology as well as a Masters in Organizational Leadership, Change and Development, all from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
