Rita has over 20 years of senior management experience in a variety of companies ranging from small entrepreneurial “start ups” to large Fortune 500 companies. She is an experienced leadership and organizational development professional with an ability to develop and implement performance strategies to help organizations reach business and performance goals. Rita has competence in leadership and team development, executive coaching, organizational development, succession planning, performance consulting, and adult learning principles. She has expertise in designing and implementing Corporate Universities that emphasize learning competencies in technical skills, cognitive abilities and emotional intelligence.
Rita's client base represents all industry sectors on a national and global basis, with significant experience in Healthcare and the Financial Services Industry.
Rita is certified in programs from Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard Companies and Development Dimensions International (DDI). She is qualified to administer a wide variety of behavioral assessment tools.
Rita is a member of the Advisory Board for the Women's Business Center at Canisius College.
She is a Leadership Buffalo Class of 2000 graduate, as well as a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Organizational Development Network of Western New York.
Rita received her B.S. degree in Business Management and Economics with a minor in Organizational Development from State University of New York, Empire State College. She also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication and Development from Canisius College.
