She has over 20 years of diverse “hands on” executive experience with P&L responsibility for several business units. She has experience with organic growth, M&A and turnaround situations. She currently works with companies looking to improve individual and corporate performance. Sharon served as a Director of First Niagara, currently a $21 billion retail and commercial Bank, where she also served as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Finance Committee. She currently serves as a Director of New Buffalo Shirt Factory, Inc. a printed apparel manufacturing company. Randaccio is a community builder. She served as President of both the Goldome and M&T Charitable Foundations and served on the First Niagara Bank Foundation. She is currently a Director of the Catholic Health System, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the University of Buffalo, School of Management. Sharon is a Business First ‘40 under 40’ award winner and a past recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from SUNY Buffalo. She also received the ‘Woman of Distinction’ award from the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. Sharon received her B.S., Accounting and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School. She currently teaches at the Harvard Business School of Buffalo and has been an instructor for the SUNY Buffalo MBA Program. SHINING LIGHTS: Peter (son) and Lee (daughter).
