Brittany Dean

Brittany Dean, M.B.A, is the Organizational Development Manager at Performance Management Partners, Inc. She helps to design and project manage PMP’s training programs and strategic planning sessions, and is the “point person” for all participants regarding pre-work and post training follow up. Brittany is continuously working to ensure that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations in the areas of Organizational Development, Training, Team Building and Coaching. She has worked with organizations in the nonprofit, health care, utility, banking, legal, accounting, marketing, manufacturing, property management, government, and higher education industries.

Brittany is PMP’s subject matter expert on Workforce Planning and Performance Management; helping clients to align their people needs with their performance goals. In addition, she has been involved in several organizational assessments for various clients, leading to new structure, talent and capacity. Brittany runs PMP’s Employee Engagement practice; she assists organizations in identifying gaps and implementing initiatives to “move the needle” toward a more engaged workforce.

She is involved in the Organizational Development Network of Western New York (ODWNY) and is the past Membership Director, and current member, of the local chapter of SHRM (BNHRA). Brittany received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Niagara University after successfully obtaining her B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
